Trackpile is a personal tracker for the shows you watch, the games you play, and the action figures you collect. Features may be added, changed, or removed as the product evolves.

Your account

You must provide an accurate email address and keep your password secure. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account — tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service — no scraping, reverse-engineering, automated abuse, or using Trackpile to violate any law or another person's rights.

Your data

The watch history and lists you create are yours. You can export them at any time, and delete them by deleting your account.

Plus subscriptions

Trackpile is free to use, with an optional paid Plus tier for additional limits and features. Pricing, billing, and cancellation details are on the Pricing page and confirmed at checkout.

Third-party trademarks

This product uses TMDB and the TMDB APIs but is not endorsed, certified, or otherwise approved by TMDB. Games metadata is powered by IGDB.com.

Termination

You may stop using Trackpile and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Disclaimer & liability

Trackpile is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Trackpile is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
